Bulk Order FAQ
Is there a minimum order for bulk pricing? Yes — 3 units minimum for Tier 1 pricing. No minimum for parts containers ($5,000 minimum value).
Can I mix brands in a single bulk order? Yes. Mixed-brand lots qualify for pricing based on total unit count. However, single-brand lots of 10+ units may unlock additional manufacturer rebates.
How long does a bulk order take to fulfill? In-stock motors: 5–10 business days (crating + shipping). Factory orders: 4–12 weeks depending on model and season.
Do you offer payment terms for bulk orders? Net-30 terms available for established business customers with credit approval. New customers: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
Can you store my bulk order and ship in stages? Yes. We offer 90 days of free storage at our San Francisco facility. Staged shipments coordinated to your production or seasonal schedule.
What export documents do you provide? Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and manufacturer warranty statements. We can also provide USMCA/NAFTA documentation for Canada/Mexico shipments.
Do you handle international shipping? Yes. We regularly ship container loads to Latin America, Asia, and the Pacific. We coordinate freight forwarding, customs documentation, and marine insurance.
What if a motor arrives damaged? Full transit insurance is included. Document damage upon receipt, and we file the claim and ship a replacement immediately.
Can I return unsold bulk inventory? Current-model-year motors in original packaging can be returned within 90 days (15% restocking fee). Parts are non-returnable unless defective.
Do you offer bulk financing? Yes. Equipment financing and floor plan options available for qualified buyers. Contact our commercial team for terms.
