FAQ — Emergency Services
Is the emergency hotline really 24/7? Yes. After-hours calls ring to our on-call technician. Response time may be slightly longer after 10 PM, but we always answer.
Do you charge just for the phone call? No. Phone troubleshooting is free. You only pay if we dispatch mobile service or you bring the motor in for repair.
What if I’m not in the Bay Area? We can still help by phone. For hands-on service outside our mobile range, we can refer you to an authorized dealer or service center in your area.
Can I use my insurance for emergency repairs? Some boat insurance policies cover mechanical breakdowns and towing. Check your policy. We provide all documentation needed for claims.
What if I need a part you don’t have in stock? We maintain an extensive parts inventory. For rare parts, we can often source same-day from regional distributors or overnight from the manufacturer.
Do you offer emergency financing? Yes. For repairs over $500, we offer same-day financing approval. Don’t let a breakdown keep you off the water because of cash flow.
