By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, requesting a quote, booking service, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Return Policy. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

Availability
All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any item will be in stock at the time of order. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.
Authorized Brands
We are an authorized dealer for Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, and Honda marine products. All new motors carry full factory warranties. We do not sell gray market, counterfeit, or unauthorized products.
Services
Our service department provides maintenance, repair, diagnostics, installation, repowering, and consultation. All service work is performed by factory-certified or trained technicians unless otherwise disclosed.
4. Pricing & Payment

California sales tax (currently applicable rate) will be added to orders shipped to or picked up in California

Payment Terms

Price Matching
We match authorized dealer pricing on identical in-stock items. Contact us before ordering with proof of the lower price.
5. Financing
Financing is provided by third-party lenders (Sheffield Financial, Yamaha Financial Services, Mercury Finance, Honda Financial Services, etc.). By applying for financing:

You understand that credit approval is subject to lender underwriting

Interest rates, terms, and down payment requirements vary by creditworthiness

6. Shipping & Delivery

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (for shipped items) or upon pickup (for local pickup)

You are responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt and noting any damage
Delivery Requirements

Outboard motors require an adult signature (18+) and inspection at delivery

Residential delivery may incur additional fees

You must provide accurate shipping information. Costs for re-routing due to incorrect addresses are your responsibility
International Orders

You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance

We provide export documentation but do not handle import customs in your country

Compliance with local regulations (emissions, safety, voltage) is your responsibility
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Return Policy

New outboard motors: 60 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging

Parts & accessories: 30 days, unopened and in original packaging

Used motors, electrical parts, special orders, and consumables: Non-returnable

Restocking fees: Up to 10% for motors, up to 20% for parts
Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund

Orders after shipment are treated as returns (subject to return policy)

Special and custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
Refund Processing

Refunds issued to original payment method within 5–14 business days after inspection

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
8. Warranties
Manufacturer Warranties
All new outboard motors carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty:

Yamaha: Typically 3 years limited warranty

Mercury: Typically 3 years limited warranty

Suzuki: Typically 3 years limited warranty

Honda: Typically 5 years limited warranty
Warranty terms vary by model and year. Specific warranty details are provided at purchase and in your owner’s manual.
Our Service Warranty
We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all labor performed by our technicians. This covers installation and repair work only. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty Limitations
Warranties do not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage from neglect, abuse, or improper operation

Use of non-OEM parts or unauthorized modifications

Damage from contaminated fuel, lack of maintenance, or storage without proper winterization

Commercial use beyond the manufacturer’s rated capacity (unless commercial warranty purchased)
Warranty Service
Warranty claims are processed through the manufacturer. We assist with documentation and facilitate repairs but do not control manufacturer warranty decisions.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim
